Jim co-founded the Brass Consortium and has been its director since its inception in 1992. The Brass Consortium is comprised of some of the most highly-regarded brass professionals in the Boston area, performing as a quartet, quintet and large brass ensemble. The Brass Consortium performs throughout New Ehas a large a widely varied active repertory and regularly appears in recitals, ceremonies, graduation services and other special events throughout New England.
